“Transformative Healing: Meeting & Reparenting Your Inner Child”

Week 1: Introduction to Inner Child Work
This module introduces the concept of the “inner child” and its significance in adult life. The lesson focuses on understanding the inner child, identifying signs of inner child wounds, and recognizing their effects on behavior and relationships. You’ll begin to learn how to identify between your inner child, adult self, and High Self and their roles. This week also discusses reparenting as a method for healing, emphasizing self-care, personal growth, and meeting unmet needs from childhood. There is a journaling exercise with prompts to help reflect on childhood experiences that influence current behaviors and beliefs.

Week 2: Identifying Inner Child Wounds
This module delves into understanding and healing inner child wounds, starting with an exploration of common wounds—such as abandonment, neglect, shame, and betrayal—that can impact adult behaviors and relationships. Participants learn to recognize how these early experiences manifest in their lives today. The course then transitions to uncovering personal wounds, providing techniques to connect with the inner child and explore past traumas safely. A guided meditation exercise supports participants in meeting their inner child, facilitating a compassionate journey toward recognizing and healing past emotional pain.

Week 3: Meeting Your Inner Child with Compassion
What we consider “negative patterns” are there to serve a purpose, and changing them begins with understanding, compassion and unconditional love. This module guides you in cultivating self-compassion as the foundation for healing your inner child. Through techniques that encourage kindness, patience, and understanding toward yourself, you’ll learn to connect with your inner child using visualization exercises and empathy-building practices. Key activities include letter-writing exercises to express love, acceptance, and understanding to your inner child, fostering a nurturing, compassionate relationship within.

Week 4: Reparenting Techniques for Healing
In Module 4, Reparenting Techniques for Healing, you’ll learn to reconnect with and support your inner child. You’ll focus on meeting your emotional needs by identifying and addressing them as an adult, establishing healthy boundaries, and developing effective coping strategies. Additionally, the module emphasizes the power of positive self-talk, guiding you to replace negative beliefs with affirmations and nurturing thoughts to foster self-compassion. You’ll be encouraged to create a personalized “reparenting toolkit” filled with comforting and empowering practices, giving you the tools for ongoing inner child healing.
Monthly S.O.S. - Soul Observation Sessions
Starting in January 2025, Cricket will launch the monthly S.O.S - Soul Observation Sessions.
Dive deep into your soul’s knowing, connect with your High Self, and get messages from your Spirit Team. Each month addresses a new topic to support your growth with a soul prompt and meditation to anchor your learnings.
