I’m Christa King, but you can call me “Cricket.” After 30 years in hospitality, I made a big pivot into wellness and entrepreneurship—all while navigating a CPTSD diagnosis, a tough divorce, a rocky relationship with booze, and a seriously toxic partnership. Trust me, I know what it’s like to be in the trenches.
